- Construction details – achieving the required level of airtightness and thermal bridging greatly depends on appropriate details
- Right on-site - close inspection of details during the build is very important, especially regarding airtightness

- Passive House Certification – if you want to achieve Passive House Certification you must submit your documentation to an approved Authority. Your air tightness must be tested on site by a qualified independent tester and since 2019 your HVAC must be tested by a qualified tester under Part F of the Building Regulations.
